SoceTonAI DoxTract Deals — Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
SoceTonAI DoxTract Deals are available exclusively to users who access the promotion through the Indie Hackers community or approved promotional links. Eligibility may be verified, and benefits may be revoked in cases of fraud or abuse.
2. Credits & Bonus Credits
Each SoceTonAI DoxTract Deal includes base credits plus bonus credits. All credits are added to your account immediately upon successful payment. Credits have no cash value and are non-refundable. They can only be used for API usage on our platform.
3. Lifetime Discounts
Lifetime discounts remain valid for the lifetime of your platform account. These discounts apply only to pay-as-you-go API calls unless otherwise stated. Discounts are non-transferable and apply solely to the purchasing account.
4. API Usage & Billing
Discounted pricing is applied automatically. Credits are always used before pay-as-you-go billing is triggered. Users are responsible for tracking their credit balance and usage.
5. Refund Policy
All purchases of SoceTonAI DoxTract Deals are final and non-refundable. Unused or remaining credits are forfeited if an account is closed. Billing errors will be investigated upon contacting support.
6. Abuse & Fair Use
Users may not resell credits, resell API calls, or share accounts. Abuse or misuse of the deal may result in removal of credits, cancellation of lifetime discounts, or account suspension.
7. Modifications
We may update or discontinue SoceTonAI DoxTract Deals at any time. Changes do not affect discounts already granted to users who purchased earlier.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for losses caused by account misuse, incorrect usage estimates, or service issues. Standard platform Terms of Service also apply.
9. Governing Terms
These promotional terms operate alongside the main Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict, the main Terms of Service override these terms.
10. Rate Limit
Normal rate limiting applies with all of the deals.
