SoceTonAI DoxTract (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides an API and web platform that extracts structured information from images and PDF documents using OCR and user-defined YAML scripts. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency about how your data is processed.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 User-Provided Information

• Login information: We use Google and GitHub OAuth to authenticate users and only receive your name, email, and public profile info.
• Payment information: Users connect a BNB (BSC network) wallet such as MetaMask to buy credit. Payments are processed via blockchain; no card data is collected.

2.2 Uploaded Content

When you upload images, PDFs, or YAML scripts, we process them only to perform OCR and extract information. We do not store any uploaded documents or scripts. All processing happens in memory.

2.3 Optional Caching

If you enable caching (cache = true), we temporarily store processed OCR results to reduce compute cost. You can disable caching at any time.

3. Automatically Collected Information

We store API usage logs to:

• Track endpoint usage
• Apply credit-based billing
• Prevent abuse and fraud
• Resolve disputes

5. Third-Party Services

• Google Cloud Platform (GCP): Hosting, compute, and OCR processing.
• BSC Blockchain: Payment transactions occur publicly on the blockchain.

• Uploaded images, PDFs, and YAML scripts are never stored.
• Logs may be retained for up to 12 months.

7. Data Security

We use encrypted HTTPS connections, secure GCP infrastructure, and isolated processing environments to protect your data.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. We only share minimal information when required to operate the service or comply with legal requirements.

9. International Transfers

Our servers are located in the United States. By using the service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the US.

10. Children’s Privacy

The service is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.
